Pre-K @ Play

(Toddlers and Preschoolers)

Introductory classes to movement, fitness and nutrition activities and games. 

Ages 12 months  - 5 years 

Children learn creative movement, improve coordination and build confidence as they work on gross motors skills. Jumping, running, skipping, spinning, climbing are all skills children practice during classes. The goal is to try, learn and fun while moving.

KIDZ I Program

Concentrates on building movement patterns/creating good healthy habits with functional fitness. Balance and basic knowledge of how the body moves is the focus of these classes.

 

Ages 5 - 9 years 

  • Children learn foundational movements like squat, push-ups, climbing, jumping and basic gymnastics movements;
  • Fitness games make learning fun and help teach important skills of listening and working well with others. Child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.

KIDZ II Program

Takes fitness to next level. Students will continue to learn the 10 basic physical skills, including strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, coordination, and balance.

 

Ages 10 - 16 years 

  • Fitness games make learning fun and help teach important skills of listening and working well with others. Child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.
  • Weight training using dumbbells with emphasis on using the least amount of weight possible to provoke a growth response in the body;
  • Proper form will be priority number one;
  • Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and leadership skills;
  • Nutrition Education;
  • KIDZ 4 Fitness Monthly Newsletter for each participant;
  • Monthly Fitness Challenges;
  • Monthly Healthy Eating Recipe Card for each participant;
